en عمومى General پژوهشي Research <strong>Background</strong><strong> :</strong>The aim of this study was to compare the ability of emotional regulation and psychological well-being and marital conflicts in fertile and infertile women in Kerman.<br> <strong>Method</strong><strong>:</strong> The research method was causal-comparative and the statistical population of this study included all fertile and infertile women referred to Afzalipour Hospital in Kerman from November 22 to the end of February 2019, which was 240 people (120 people in each group) by sampling method were selected as a sample.<br> For data collection, 3 questionnaires of psychological well-being, emotional adjustment and questionnaire of marital conflicts were used. For data analysis, descriptive statistics of mean and standard deviation and MANOVA test with spss23.<br> <strong>Result</strong> :The results showed that there was a significant difference between the ability of emotional adjustment, marital conflicts and psychological well-being in fertile and infertile women and the ability of emotional adjustment.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Conclusion</strong><strong>:</strong> marital conflict and psychological well-being of fertile women was higher than infertile women.
