Method: The research is a quasi-experimental study with pretest and posttest design with a control group. The statistical population of the study included all children aged 4-5 years in orphanages in Tehran. The selected individuals were divided into two groups of 15 in the experimental group and the control group. Also, life skills training was performed based on the book of life skills training of Firoozbakht, Mutable, and a collection of other related resources in the field of children and passing more than 150 hours of workshops in the area of children and life skills. Data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of covariance using SPSS software. Results: The results showed that life skills training has been influential in the social skills of poorly supervised and orphaned children in Tehran. Conclusion: Life skills help children to understand their inner feelings better and be able to express their feelings in different situations easily. M3 ER -
